Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and i1scr2u ("Platform", "We", or "Company"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the platform i1scr2u through our website, mobile app, or any other channel operated by us, you agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines set out in this document.

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. i1scr2u which form part of the overall agreement between you and us. Together, these three documents collectively constitute the legal framework governing your relationship with the platform i1scr2u.

User Eligibility

To use the platform i1scr2u, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You are at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You are acting in your own personal capacity and not as an agent, representative, or trustee for any third party.
• You are not on the blacklist of any regulatory body or financial institution in connection with fraud or money laundering.
• You are not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme at i1scr2u or any other related betting platforms.
• You fully understand that betting carries financial risk and that you are wagering only with money you can afford to lose.
• The information you provide during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false information may result in account closure without notice.

Registration, Account Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on the platform only i1scr2u. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different information, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

• Your account username and password are confidential, and you are solely responsible for keeping them secure.
• i1scr2u will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Please be vigilant against phishing attempts.
• Any activity carried out under your account will be deemed to have been performed by you, unless you report unauthorised access to our support team. i1scr2u immediately.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the device you use to access i1scr2u is secure and free from malicious software.
• You are not permitted to transfer, sell, or lend your account to any third party under any circumstances.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Policy

All financial transactions on the platform i1scr2u operated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). We accept deposits and withdrawals through recognised Malaysian payment channels only.

• Withdrawals will be processed within 15 to 30 minutes once the request is approved, subject to completion of the KYC verification process.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawal requests below the minimum amount will not be processed.
• All withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to our anti-money laundering policy.
• i1scr2u reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before approving any withdrawal, for security purposes.
• Deposits made for purposes other than genuine wagering may result in account suspension and transaction reversal.

Betting & Gaming Rules

Platform i1scr2u offers a wide range of betting options covering sports (football, badminton, e-sports), Live Casino games, table games, and more. Each betting category has specific rules that all users must follow.

• All bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system i1scr2u are final and cannot be voided once a match has started, except in cases of technical errors acknowledged by us.
• In the event a match or sporting event is cancelled by the original organiser, i1scr2u reserves the right to void all related bets and refund the stakes to the user's account.
• Odds displayed on the platform are the odds applicable at the time the bet is placed. Any change in odds after a bet is accepted will not affect the payout amount.
• The use of bots, automated software, or any technical means to manipulate the betting system i1scr2u is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious offence.
• Users suspected of syndicate betting or market manipulation will be investigated, and their accounts may be suspended during the investigation.
• Winnings obtained through technical errors, incorrectly displayed odds (manifest error), or exploitation of system bugs will not be paid out and the relevant bets will be voided.

Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards Programme

i1scr2u offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to our members from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms set for each promotion and the following general rules.

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the rollover requirements.
• i1scr2u reserves the right to withdraw, void, or amend any bonus if misuse or promotional fraud is suspected.
• Players who open multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses will forfeit all bonuses, and their account balances may be confiscated.
• Maximum bet limits may apply while a bonus is active for certain promotion types. Please refer to each promotion's specific terms for more details.

User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

All users of the platform i1scr2u are required to behave in a responsible, honest, and respectful manner towards other users and the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action, including account closure.

• Using a false identity, fraudulent documents, or another person's personal information during registration or the KYC process.
• Attempting to exploit or manipulate bugs, system errors, or technical vulnerabilities within the platform i1scr2u for unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, scripts, or bots to place bets, access the platform, or perform any other functions automatically without prior written authorisation.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform i1scr2u as a channel for any form of illegal activity.
• Spreading false information, issuing threats, or defaming the platform i1scr2u or its staff publicly on unfounded grounds.
• Sharing your account login details with third parties or allowing others to place bets using your account.

Account Closure, Suspension & Exclusion

i1scr2u reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to breaches of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the user's own request.

• Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team i1scr2u. Any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal before the account is closed.
• Accounts closed due to a terms violation may not be eligible for a balance refund, and any outstanding winnings may be voided depending on the severity of the breach.
• Users who request a self-exclusion programme will not be permitted to register a new account for the agreed exclusion period.
• i1scr2u reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until an investigation is complete if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or unlawful activity during the account closure process.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Platform i1scr2u provided on an "as-is" basis, and we make no warranties or representations regarding:

• Uninterrupted platform availability or complete freedom from technical errors at all times. Maintenance work is scheduled periodically and may cause temporary disruptions.
• The accuracy or completeness of any information, odds data, statistics, or other content displayed on the platform i1scr2u.
• The outcome of wins or losses in any form of betting or gaming on the platform. All betting activity carries financial risk borne solely by the user.
• Indirect losses, unforeseen losses, loss of profits, or any consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

Amendments to Terms, Governing Law & Contact Us

i1scr2u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform, and users will be notified via appropriate notice.

• Continued use of the platform i1scr2u after any amendment to the terms is published means you accept and agree to the revised terms.
• It is the user's responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically for any updates or changes.
• These terms are governed by applicable law, and any disputes will be resolved through the dispute resolution procedures established by i1scr2u.
